Return Policy


At Kaffeīne, we take great pride in the quality of our products. To return an accessory or brewer, it must be in its original non-damaged packaging. You must provide the original Kaffeīne receipt within 7 days of purchase to receive a store credit for the value as shown on the Kaffeīne receipt.

To return any Single Cup Serve pod or capsule, they must be in original unopened box with original Kaffeïne receipt for a store credit.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on mix and match products or opened boxes. 

We cannot accept returns or exchange of product that is not purchased from one of our Kaffeïne locations.
